Oreo was one of the many transformers made by KSI, but was one of the few that did not fall into Galvatron's control, as he glitched during the Autobot invasion into KSI and was shot down and killed.
Don’t confuse him with this guy.

Early life[]
Oreo Bot had to be created by Joshua Joyce and KSI because Joshua wanted Oreos, so he had to be created, after being completed, the Oreo company finally gave Joshua Oreos as a result for creating Oreo Bot.
Transformers: Age of Extinction[]
The Oreo Bot stood guard at KSI when the Autobots attacked to recover Ratchet and the other comrades remains as a result of KSI tests. When sensed danger, he transformed and yelled out about a security breach to Joshua Joyce, and the other KSI Drones and KSI Scientists, before being shot twice and killed by Hound, whom used his barreled blaster.
