The Dreads were a team of Decepticons who all shared sharp bottom teeth. Most turn into a police vehicle. They had three protoform variants we know of. The first dreads to appear were Hatchet, Crankcase, and Crowbar. All being killed in the movie which they first appeared. The protoform variants however did appear when Sentinel opened the space bridge and they came through. Many or all of them scanned for there alt modes.

- Most members turn into a police vehicle just like Barricade and the Police Car Decepticon, however, Dreadbot transforms into a Rusty Volkswagen Van Type 1, while Assaulter transforms into a Quadruped form.
